Proposed settlement reached over Greenwich Reform Synagogue on Orchard Street

The Greenwich Reform Synagogue has been planning to build a new 12,000-square-foot building at 92 Orchard St. The Town of Greenwich says a proposed settlement has been reached with the Greenwich Reform Synagogue to put the house of worship in the Cos Cob section of town.
