GREENWICH, Conn. -- A tractor-trailer truck slammed into a bridge and caught fire on the Connecticut-New York border, closing the northbound Merritt Parkway and northbound Hutchinson River Parkway on Tuesday morning, the Connecticut Department of Transportation said.
