The principal and assistant principal at Stamford High School were arrested on charges of not telling authorities about allegations of a sexual relationship between a teacher, Danielle Watkins, and a teenage student. Richard Scully, 61, of Greenwich, was arrested on charges of striking a police officer with his motor vehicle and then being involved in a police chase.
