Police: Two Bronx Men Foiled in Attempt to Get Drug with Forged Prescription

Two Bronx men tried to get drugs with a forged prescription Tuesday at Walgreens Pharmacy at 1333 E. Putnam Ave., but police were alerted and arrested both of them, according to Greenwich police. Police were told that the prescription appeared to be fraudulent, so they went to the store after the 3:46 p.m. call, where they found Jamarr Fowler, 33, and Kiani Henderson, 29. On further investigation, police said, they confirmed the prescription was fraudulent.
