Chiseling Town Property -- Greenwich Man Faces Criminal Mischief Charge

A Greenwich man who town police say was seen using a hammer and chisel apparently removed a 12-foot long section of town-owned curbing is facing a first-degree criminal mischief charge. According to a Greenwich Police report, an officer saw the unauthorized curb removal on Livingston Place in the Chickahominy neighborhood of town shortly before 6 p.m. Sept.
