Rose Mary Siclari of New Milford, formerly of Greenwich and Naples, Fla., died Friday, Nov. 22. She was 90. Siclari was born Aug. 29, 1923, in Carbondale, W.Va., daughter of Mary Lodato Santora and Joseph Santora, she and her family moved to Cos Cob Connecticut to seek work.
