The police department released the following arrest log on Nov. 18: Alexandra Zambito, 22, of 280 Otter Rock Drive, Greenwich, Conn., was charged on Nov. 12 with operating without a valid license on Route 4. Keegan Sullivan, 22, of 800 Route 7 South, Middlebury, Vt., was charged on Nov. 12 for bike equipment on Young Drive.
