After attending a town-hall-style event with Governor Malloy held Monday night, Oct. 7, 2013 in Greenwich, State Sen. Toni Boucher issued the following statement: "To hear Governor Malloy talk, he has saved Connecticut from certain death at the hands of prior administrations.
