Former CFO of Greenwich company sentenced for false SEC filings

A former chief financial officer of a Greenwich-based equipment company was sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to pay more than $1 million in restitution Tuesday in U.S. District Court for making false filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
