Skakel trial coming to a close

The former head of the Connecticut judicial branch arm responsible for investigating complaints against lawyers is not convinced that Mickey Sherman had an obligation to disclose he owed back taxes to then-client Michael Skakel, the Kennedy cousin convicted of the 1975 murder of Greenwich teenager Martha Moxley.
