Sherman: Skakel 'does have a temper'

Michael Sherman is standing by his fateful decision -- one that has been dissected under a white-hot light by legal observers and the media -- not to put his then-client Michael Skakel on the witness stand when the Kennedy cousin was convicted of the 1975 murder of Greenwich teenager Martha Moxley.
