Greenwich PD: Port Chester Woman Skipped Cab Fare

By Barbara Heins Police say a 20-year-old Port Chester woman fled a Greenwich cab to avoid forking over $30 for her fare in December. She might have gotten away with the skipped fare if she didn't drop her cell phone on her way out.
