Man Arrested In 13-Year-Old's Shooting Death
An 18-year-old has been charged with murder in the Sunday night shooting death of a 13-year-old boy. Science Burress of Lodge Street in New Haven also is charged with possession of a sawed-off shotgun, first-degree reckless endangerment and unlawful discharge of a weapon, police said at an afternoon press conference.
