10/15/11 John Blankley And Drew Marzullo An Ideal Team To Lead Greenwich

To the editor:

As Election Day approaches on November 8, the outcome of the Board of Selectman race will have significant bearing on the future direction of our town over the next few years. I would like to offer my encouragement and support for Drew Marzullo and John Blankley for the Board of Selectman.

I strongly believe that these candidates deserve thoughtful consideration and your vote. Drew, as an incumbent selectman, has proven to be an exemplary public servant and has had a significant positive impact on numerous people in our town. He has undoubtedly earned the right to be re-elected.

Among his many accomplishments, Drew has been a strong champion for public safety issues and been a consistent advocate for those among us who need a voice in government. Those of us who have had an opportunity to work with Drew on issues understand that he is accessible, humble and cares deeply for all Greenwich residents.

John Blankley is an outstanding candidate for first selectman. John is not a career politician, but a man with tremendous integrity and intelligence who is also a successful businessman and entrepreneur. John is a proven leader and manager who has a track record of success in the private sector. We need a leader who possesses these skills to lead our town through these challenging times and make difficult decisions that are in the best interest of our town.

Please join me in supporting John Blankley and Drew Marzullo on November 8.
