09/22/11 Support For Greenwich Selectman

I write today in support of the reelection of Selectman Drew Marzullo.

Throughout his first term, Drew has been a strong representative for the citizens of Greenwich. He has supported and defended Nathaniel Witherell and has led the effort to keep it such an important part of our community. As a paramedic, Drew has been a champion of public safety issues, understanding how vital emergency services are for the town of Greenwich. Drew was an ardent supporter of the MISA project and understands the critical responsibility of educating the students of the Greenwich Public Schools to the highest level possible.

Most importantly, Drew has embodied the definition of "selectman." His door is always open and his responsiveness to the concerns of Greenwich citizens is more than impressive. He is a warm, welcoming, and visible member of our community, spending countless hours interacting with residents of our great town, whether as selectman or when working with GEMS. Drew understands the role he plays in Greenwich and works his hardest every day to fulfill that responsibility.

Drew's hard work has not gone unnoticed. He has already gathered a long line of endorsements, ranging from federal officials and Greenwich residents Congressman Jim Himes and Senator Richard Blumenthal, to local officials such as chairman of the Byram Neighborhood Association Michael Bocchino and parks board member Gary Dell'Abate.
For more information about Drew and his platform I urge you to visit his website at drewmarzullo.com.

I know I will be voting for Drew Marzullo on Nov. 8, and I hope you will join me and do the same.
