Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan FOIA Request
Thursday night The Greenwich Board of Education told the public it had obtained all required permits for the MISA project.
A document provided by The Environmental Protection Agency explaining the function of a "Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan" (SWPPP):
"The Clean Water Act provisions, EPA regulations and
EPA's Construction General Permit described in this document
contain legally binding requirements."
I would like to see the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for the MISA project currently underway at 10 Hillside Road (Greenwich High School). Please treat this as FOIA request. A response is required within 4 business days.
