03/25/10 BOE Approves Revised 2009-10 & 2010-11 Calendars

The BOE has approved revisions to the 2009-10 and 2010-11 Calendars to
address the loss of instructional days due to the storm and snow days. The
following has been posted to the home page of the GPS Web Site. A revised
calendar will be finalized and distributed ASAP.

3/25/10: Board of Education Approves Revised 2009-10 Calendar:


Last Day of School for Students: Tuesday, June 29, 2010
Last Day of School for Staff: Wednesday, June 30, 2010
Greenwich High School Graduation: Tuesday, June 29, 2010


Two Early Release Days will be Reinstated as full school days:

Wednesday, April, 28, 2010 and Wednesday, May 19, 2010

Glenville School students must make up two additional days
as a result of days off in November to allow for the move into their new
building.

Last Day of School for Glenville Students & Staff: Wednesday, June 30, 2010


Glenville School students and staff will make up the second day on Good
Friday:


Friday, April 2, 2010

Revised First Day of School for Staff: Thursday, August 26, 2010


Revised Student Orientation Day for 6th & 9th Graders: Monday, August 30,
2010
