03/23/10 Luca's Steakhouse is calling for the Planning and Zoning Commission to vote in favor of the restaurant's renovation plans.

There is a public hearing about Luca's Steakhouse tonight.

Luca's Steakhouse, Inc., at 35 Church St., which is owned by father and son Luca and Danny Gabriele, has an application to approve renovations that has angered some of its neighbors will be up for a vote at the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting tonight.

Other neighbors have backed Luca's final site plan and special permit to make changes to the previously approved site plan and special permit approved by the commission in 2008.

The proposal would see the building's square footage increase from 11,110 square feet to 12,276 square feet.
