Grenwich School's Architectual Boy Is John Brice, AIA. His Firm Is The Geddis Patrnership. This Archetecual Firm Is Heavily Dependent On School And Government Contracts.

It Probably Would Not Be Wise For John Brice, AIA To Upset The Former Connecticut State Education Commissioner And All Of Her Contacts. The Single Family Homeowner Taxpayer's Of Greenwich Deserve A Truely Open And Independent Review Of What Went Wrong At The Contaminated Classrooms At Hamilton Avenue School.

John Brice, AIA found material, which APPEARED TO BE a type of vapor barrier, in the wrong position.

Maybe, it's hard for Johns Brice AIA to make a determination, because Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg's administration had the building walls demolished before John Brice AIA showed up.

And:

03/14/08 - More testing is needed to determine the safety of the classrooms before architects and engineers will go in to investigate the mold

Why doesn't Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg put John Brice's Photo's of The Modular classroom inspection on the Greenwich School Website for all of Hamilton Avenue's parents to see.

John Brice, AIA Seems To Confused

First John Brice, AIA says...

While the manufacturer submitted drawings showing the barrier placed in the correct position, Brice found material, which appeared to be a type of vapor barrier, in the wrong position.

Then John Brice, AIA says...

"There was either no vapor barrier or it was placed on the wrong side," Brice said.

Hey, john what was it?

Was there a barrier or wasn't there a barrier?

The Greenwich Board of Education officials said they are still in "investigation mode" and that they, as well as the town, intend to separately hire more independent experts to identify the problems.

Where are the Independent Experts.

Many Greenwich Single Family Homeowners Don't Consider This Firm To Be Independent:

Take A Look At John Brice's Web Site And Ask Yourself Do You Think He Can Be Truly Independent On This Contaminated Modular Classroom That He Designed.

Hey, There is no confict here...

John Brice, AIA, is an active politician that was elected to his town’s School Board. John's school board and school is a member in many of the same associations that Betty Sternberg's School Board and school is.

Modular flaws went undetected

Greenwich Time - Staff Writer

As the head of a trade association for manufacturers and dealers of commercial modular buildings, Tom Hardiman has frequently seen the industry tarnished from instances where mold is found growing in portable classrooms.

But the case of the mold found at Hamilton Avenue School modular buildings, displacing all of the students, ranks as one of the worst, said Hardiman, the head of the Charlottesville, Va.-based Modular Building Institute....

But Tom Hardman Doesn't Know That The Mold Was Detected By The School District Over One Year Ago...

03/13/08 - Just How Much Are The Taxpayers Of Greenwich Paying Superintendent Betty Sternberg And Her Failed Administrators To Lie To The Public?

The Greenwich Time Article goes on to say .....Officials at Miller Building Systems, the subcontractors that built the classrooms in its Leola, Pa., factory, could not be reached for comment. NTA, Inc., a Nappanee, Ind.-based firm that submitted a letter to the Greenwich building department certifying that the modular structures met all the necessary state building codes, also could not be reached for comment. The state building official who told Greenwich officials that NTA was licensed to perform third-party inspections also could not be reached for comment....

Maybe these potential sources are not talking because Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg is not seeing that a full, fair, independent and open investigation is being conducted into why little children were KNOWINGLY allowed to be placed in a contaminated modular school building.

Please see...

03/13/08 - Former PTA president Laura DiBella said parents had reported that their children having frequent headaches, nausea, nosebleeds, and ......

And...

03/05/08 - "I don't think they looked into the water problem," Mina Bibeault said. "We've put up with a lot and they've put our kids at risk."

It is begining to look like Hamilton Avenue Parents are going to need the services of a lawyer and the court system, because Betty Sternberg and The Board Of Education won't come clean about what happened to those little children.

Eventually, this Board Of Education coverup is going to be exposed, when failed school administrators, architects, contractors, engineers and testing companies start getting sued by parents whose children were allowed to sit in a contaminated modular classroom for over one year.

A lot of school administrators and others knew about the contamination for more than a year.

There are going to be a lot of mad mothers coming after John Brice, AIA if he does not fully and openly disclose what happened to thier children.

Now these
other Greenwich School Board Paid contractors, engineers and testing companies had better make sure that Hamilton Avenue parents are getting full disclosure or they may find their butts in court face claims of substantial liability.

03/17/08 - The Truth Is Betty Sternberg has failed to properly plan, organize, resource, lead, direct, and control the Greenwich Public Schools

Objective journalism at its finest.

Some people will say that words like scum and rotten are wrong for Objective Journalism.

This is true, but they miss the point.

It was the built-in blind spots of the Objective Journalism rules and dogma that allowed Betty Sternberg to slither into the Greenwich Public Schools in the first place.

She looked so good on paper that you could almost make her Superintendent Of Schools sight unseen.

Betty Sternberg seemed so perfect.

Betty was able to slip through the cracks of Objective Journalism even though parents of small children were crying out for help.

You have to get Subjective to see Betty Sternberg for what she really is all about.

Objective Journalism failed to report that Greenwich is the wealthiest town in our nation, but it's school superintendent was willing to risk the health of little children in order to save money and look good for the Board Of Education.

Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg Knew The Modular Classrooms Were Over Crowed And That A Fifth Grade Class Had Been Moved Due To Parent's Complaints About Leaks And Black Spots On The Sheet Rock.

For More Than A Year Leaks Were Happening.

Yet, Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg Did Nothing.

Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg was willing to to jeopardize the health of these little children and school teachers in order to save a few bucks and look good to the Board Of Education.

Now, Objective Journalism is looking on as Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg is working overtime to cover up the fact that her administration knew about the mold for over one year.

When Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg brought in her bought and paid for consultants to test for air quality. She already knew that the mold that had been covered up by her administrators for more than a year.

Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg should be fired for her utter incompetence and lack of common sense.

Where was Objective Journalism when the parents were complaining about over crowded modular classrooms that leaked.

Army fires commander of Walter Reed hospital - CNN.com

  • Commander of Walter Reed Army hospital fired after poor conditions found
  • Building 18 has mold, holes in walls, newspaper said
WASHINGTON - The top general at Walter Reed Army Medical Center was fired Thursday, the military announced, following revelations of poor conditions in the building where troops who were wounded in Afghanistan and Iraq are treated.

Maj. Gen. George Weightman's firing was the first major military staff change after reports surfaced last month about substandard conditions in a building that is part of the facility.

Army Secretary Francis Harvey, who removed Weightman from his post according to an Army statement, had blamed a failure of leadership for the conditions, which were first reported by The Washington Post.

According to the Army statement, "Maj. Gen. Weightman was informed this morning that the senior Army leadership had lost trust and confidence in the commander's leadership abilities to address needed solutions for soldier-outpatient care at Walter Reed Army Medical Center."....
