Members of the Board of Estimate and Taxation introduced a number of key oversight measures last night that they said the town should adopt to ensure future construction projects finish on time, a move following the delayed Hamilton Avenue School opening. The BET Audit Committee is recommending that future building projects of at least $5 million be required to have a project manager or owner's representative to oversee their progress, control costs and head-off delays.
