As polls closed across the state, residents in Fairfield and New Haven counties waited on results from the congressional reprise between Democratic U.S. Rep. Jim Himes and Republican Dan Debicella. Voters in 17 municipalities, including Greenwich, Stamford and Bridgeport, cast ballots Tuesday on whether to grant Himes a fourth term or to elect Debicella, who in 2010 lost narrowly to his challenge to Himes for Connecticut's 4th Congressional District.
