Mei-jy Tung of Greenwich, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, Sept. 22, 2014 at Greenwich Hospital surrounded by her family.

Greenwich Education Group Expands College Admission, Counseling Services

Greenwich Education Group has announced the expansion of its college admissions and counseling services with the appointment of Hilary Stark as Associate Director of College Counseling. Ms. Stark joins Greenwich Education Group's independent college counseling practice led by Director Sarah K. Lee.

Letter: Thank You Greenwich Youth Conservation Corps for a Job Well Done

The 2014 Greenwich Youth Conservation Program is extremely grateful to our fantastic group of 112 local teens, our very generous sponsors and members of the Town Departments of Social Services and Parks and Recreation for a highly successful summer program. For 36 years, our town parks and beaches have benefited enormously from the hard work of innumerable 14 and 15 year-olds who have removed invasives, planted shrubs, trees and flowers and cleared walking paths in the woods.

Greenwich Legislative Delegation to Host Local Coffee Hour Monday

Greenwich residents will have the opportunity to discuss the issues expected to be addressed during the 2015 legislative session with Greenwich's state representatives and state senator on Monday morning. State Sen. L. Scott Frantz and state Representatives Livvy Floren , Stephen Walko , and Fred Camillo will host a coffee hour at 8 a.m. Monday at Glory Days Diner, 69 E. Putnam Ave., Greenwich.

Mothers for Others Greenwich Benefit a Success

Mothers for Others held their second annual "Cocktails Under the Stars" benefit at the Samuel Owen Gallery rooftop deck on Friday, September 19. More than 100 attendees - volunteers, sponsors, guests and community leaders- viewed the inspiring sunset while enjoying delectable Hors d'oeuvres donated by Morello Italian Bistro and sipped fine wines from Empire Merchants and Greenwich Wine and Spirit. "We are so grateful to have such a generous and supportive community here in Greenwich," said MFO founder Karen Giannuzzi.
