The former home of once-popular Riverside eatery Baang, a pioneer of Asian-fusion cuisine in Greenwich, sold for $2.7 million last week, documents on file at Town Hall show. The Greenwich Library will sponsor a workshop on Saturday, Feb. 14, t to help people research their genealogy through newspaper databases at 2 p.m. Genealogy researcher and teacher Janeen Bjork will present a survey of the major newspaper websites and a look at optical character recognition, or OCR.
