Pair Faces Charges for Theft of $1,800 of Goods from CVS

Bags full of dental hygiene products, Rogaine and cell phones - worth than $1,800 were reported stolen from the CVS pharmacy in western Greenwich and Greenwich Police arrested two suspects moments after employees called 911 to report the theft Friday. According to police, employees of the pharmacy at 644 W. Putnam Ave., called about 5:20 p.m. to report that a man dressed entirely in black, left the store with two red-colored bags filled with items that weren't paid for.

Greenwich Traffic Alert: Accident Leaves Car Teetering on the Barrier

Ashton Budd Collins, Jr., 82, Former Resident Of Greenwich

Ashton B. Collins, Jr., of Placitas, former resident of Riverside and Greenwich for nearly 30 years, died Oct. 2. He was 82. Collins was born March 28, 1932, in Birmingham, Ala., to Ashton B. and Hughie Beatty Collins. He was educated at Kent School, Kent, Conn., and held a BA in economics from Cornell University.
