While admitting economic growth is slower in Fairfield County than other parts of the nation, a Federal Reserve official was optimistic the region will rebound in remarks Thursday at the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce annual meeting . Rae Rosen, vice president of regional and community outreach at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, said: "We've seen growth over the past 17 quarters," but she admitted that the climb back from the recession would be one of the slowest recoveries the nation has ever seen.

Mamaroneck School District Alerts Parents to Warning out of Greenwich

Norwalk School Unveils Anti-Bullying Bench In Honor Of Greenwich Teen

The bench will be unveiled Saturday and is dedicated to the life of Bart Palosz , a Greenwich High School student who took his own life last year at the age of 15. When Cranbury mom Lori Keegan heard that Palosz's family blamed his suicide on years of constant bullying, she decided to do something to help that from happening to others.
