A backcountry Greenwich woman was charged with a felony Thursday afternoon for allegedly leaving a sleeping infant locked in a car at Scalzi Park while she was watching another child at the playground, police said. Daniell Neuman , 36, of 39 Boulder Brook Road, was charged with risk of injury to a child and leaving a child unsupervised.
