Hi all,

Cos Cob School Principal, Kim Beck, her daughter, and Cos Cob School
students are cutting their hair on stage today at Cos Cob School for Locks
of Love!

When: TODAY - Monday, October 5, 2009 at 3:00 PM


Where: Cos Cob School Cafetorium


Who: Cos Cob School Principal, Kim Beck
Ms. Beck's daughter, Amelie Beck (6 yrs old)
Pre-K student, Grace Nash
5th Grade student: Leah Common
3rd Grade student: Madison Correa


Why/What: Cos Cob School parents and hairdressers, Jody Orrico and Lisa
Faugano, will conduct a public ponytail cutting on stage in the CCS
Cafetorium at 3PM. The ponytails will be donated to Locks of Love to make
wigs for cancer patients undergoing radiation and chemotherapy. After the
public ponytail cutting event, Principal Beck and students will move to
Ms. Faugano's salon in the Mill Pond shopping plaza for haircuts.

All CCS students are encouraged to participate by making a donation of any
amount to Change for Charity to benefit children's cancer research.
Students that make a donation are permitted to wear a hat in school today!

These events are part of an ongoing school-wide service initiative to
benefit children with cancer.

We hope you will be able to attend!!

We were following Dr Berken's sex charge in your paper. The last we heard there was a trial scheduled in September of 2009. Could you please tell us if there was a trial and if so the results of it.
