11/27/09 Reader Submitted Comments - Worth Construction

Good morning

Do you know who the Surety/Bonding Company was for Worth Construction at the Greenwich YMCA renovation project? We are still waiting final payment and need to file a claim. They are not willing to tell us.

I read your blog and feel you might know!!

I appreciate any help you may be able to give. Thanks!

COMMENT:

We Do Not Know Who The Bonding Company Is. However, We Think The Project Had Some Tax Dollar Assistance And The Bonding Information Might Be On File With The Appropriate Governmental Agencies.

You also might try contacting the architect, who also should have this information on file.

Perhaps, Rebecca Fretty who is the President and CEO of Greenwich Family YMCA will provide you with the inforation and demonstrate to the community at large that she is an ethical leader in the town.

Ashleigh Rowe, is the Communications Director at the Greenwich YMCA and can be reached at 203-869-1630 Ext. 212

Timothy Wagner is the YMCA’s Director of Real Estate and Building Operations.

Good luck to in your efforts to collect what is due to your firm.
