Steinberg report card: Questionaires to help assess performance for new contract

Students aren't the only ones who get graded. Betty Sternberg, the sometimes controversial school superintendent who recently came under fire for blocking the Boy Scouts from recruiting during class time in the Greenwich schools, will receive a report card of her own in the coming weeks from her colleagues, school board members and PTA leaders.
